AireSpring Intros New Cloud Communications Solution
The cloud is without question expanding presence at lightning pace. AireSpring announced a new Cloud Hosted Key System to provide branch offices and small businesses the power of the cloud in a format similar to the traditional key system. Because the offering is 100 percent in the cloud there is no need to maintain or purchase on-premises hardware.
AireSpring COO Daniel Lonstein explained, “Knowing that many key system users are reluctant to adopt cloud-hosted PBX solutions that would change the way their daily call flow works, we have developed a system that lets them keep the familiar features they need while gaining the security and dependability of a cloud-based solution, with AireSpring’s reliability and signature service.”
The cloud hosted solution touts traditional key system features that include: music-on-hold; 3-way calling; consistent shared lines across all phones; direct intercom paging to a specific extension; page all function; and up to 10 shared key system lines and up to 20 extensions. In addition, a clear cloud perk is also included, built-in disaster recovery.
If catastrophe strikes, The AireSpring Advantage with White Glove Service is available to users, as well as the AireSpring Escalation List – up to the CEO level. And, with a three year contract, users gain access to discounted IP phones.
