Some of the highlights of the LOGIX Hosted PBX service include: transparent transfer of calls between devices; single-number calling to enable reaching users on their computer, desk phone or smartphone; presence and video on mobile apps as well as desk phones; applications for Android, IPhone, Mac and PC; Built-in disaster recovery, which involves automated and seamless rerouting of calls to a pre-determined number; IM and softphone client and allows mobile workers to stay in contact; and an auto-attendant is responsible for all incoming call routing or direct inward dialing.
