Assisted Living Using Avaya IP Office Cloud for Resident Safety

For Maryland family-owned and -operated assisted living facility Golden Crest, deploying Avaya IP Office Cloud for resident safety was a no-brainer. Not only would the service be an economical alternative, saving them over $700 per month, but it allowed for much better and more efficient staff connectivity. The Golden Crest Assisted Living Facility is quite small, just five homes, but has round-the-clock care for residents. The owners knew they could enhance communications via the cloud and would be able to easily connect the staff, regardless of their location. In the event of any emergency, this installment could, literally, be a life saver.
