3CX Brings VoIP Solutions to Spain through Partnership
Recently, 3CX has been working to expand the reach of its VoIP solutions. The Htek partner has helped companies in Sorgues, Azerbaijan and South Africa improve their communications systems as of late. Now, 3CX is looking to expand its reach further through a new strategic partnership with Madrid, Spain-based Comunicaciones Reunidas, SL (CRSL). Thanks to this new pairing, CRSL will become an official distributor of 3CX VoIP solutions.
CRSL has been a major played in the Spanish ICT market since 1990. In the following years, it has positioned itself as an important partner to some of the largest Spanish VADs. This is in large part due to its comprehensive end-to-end service for VADs, which is applicable to a variety of scenarios, from marketing, distribution and training, to provisioning a wide variety of network, telecommunications and security solutions.
Although CRSL has been successful for decades now, the company’s manager, Vincente Rubio, felt that stronger VoIP solutions were needed to help their customers get the most out of operations. He commented on the decision to choose 3CX’s IP PBX for these enhancements, saying, “As a wholesaler specialized in telecommunications with more than 25 years of experience in the sector, at Comunicaciones Reunidas we believe that the incorporation of 3CX’s Unified Communications Solution into our catalog will allow us to both offer the widest range of communications solutions to our current Distribution Channel and to grow and build our customer and partner base.”
True to Rubio’s word, this new partnership is practically guaranteed to benefit customers. 3CX will allow CRSL Partners to offer their own added-value services. According to the announcement, “The Partners will be able to complete their offers with telephone traffic packages, performing integrations with other applications and even creating their own integration developments according to their client’s needs. All of this will allow them to market it as a subscription or pay-as-you-go model, with annual or monthly installments, which also include maintenance and updating both 3CX and their own applications and development carried out services.”
As for 3CX, its presence in the Spanish market is growing rapidly as a result of this partnership. So it looks like this deal is a win for everyone.
