Htek Finds Success at CommunicAsia 2017
Htek recently attended CommunicAsia 2017 with the intention of showcasing its UC 900 series of VoIP phones. CommunicAsia 2017 is a popular trade show attended by IT professionals, service providers, enterprises, and SMBs that want to witness and take part in new business collaborations. The company’s strategy was clear from the get-go: with more than 4.5 billion people living in the Asia-Pacific region, Htek hoped to make its mark at the event and establish itself as one of the best options for businesses, ISPs, and individuals looking into VoIP.
Htek attended the event with 3CX and Cal4care, which helped to establish the company as a major player in the VoIP space. With two well known companies by its side, there was little doubt that Htek’s VoIP phones are of great quality. However, the company wanted to prove that point even further by showcasing its VoIP phones.
Therefore, it chose to exhibit its fully-featured UC 900 series IP phones. What truly sets the UC 900 Series IP phones apart, the company believes, is the designated chipsets designed by Texas Instruments to deliver high-quality HD audio with a full-duplex speakerphone, two Ethernet ports, five-way conference calling, PoE (power over Ethernet) and more. There are also various models to choose from, all of which offer different features. Depending on the model of the series— which includes the Gigabit Color IP PhoneUC926, Gigabit Color IP Phone UC924, Gigabit Color IP Phone UC923, Classic IP Phone UC903 and Enterprise IP Phone UC902— customers have multiple options for addressing their IP communications needs.
The company commented on the need for its VoIP phones in the market, with company representative Julex saying, “Today, all successful businesses are embracing IP phones mobility to trim down the communication costs and diversify the communication channels for experiencing more flexible business communications. With zero touch& auto provision, we would like to pass all the benefits to our clients. By using Htek IP phones, costs, number of call-outs are all drastically reduced.”
Now that the event is over, Htek is counting its endeavor as a success. According to Htek’s announcement, “Attending the conference has highly benefitted Htek in being better able to serve our customers with an understanding of the current unified communication messaging environment and regulations that surround it. We hope to grow our business relations, harness feedback and address market needs, especially within the channel.”
