VoIP Solutions Week in Review: Htek, 3CX, Alianza & More
Welcome back to the week in review, where we take a look at all the top stories making headlines in the VoIP space this week.
Htek started out the week by announcing that it will be showcasing its UC 900 series of VoIP phones at CommunicAsia 2017. With more than 4.5 billion people calling the Asia-Pacific region home, companies across all sectors are investing heavily to meet the demand of this highly dynamic demographic. For this reason, Htek has big hopes for its exhibition plans. “The show is a big opportunity for us to focus on the region and to get to know more information that are potentially interesting for our clients,” said a company representative. 3CX also made a couple headlines this week, as it continues to improve operations around the world through the application of its VoIP solutions. In the first instance, South African company Synchramed chose 3CX to implement a new IP PBX solution at its Johannesburg headquarters. Thanks to this switch, Synchramed is now enjoying lower costs and higher levels of productivity. And that’s a win all around. Find out how HERE.
Likewise, Baker Tilly Azerbaijan also chose to implement VoIP solutions from 3CX this week. Until very recently, Baker Tilly Azerbaijan was using an outdated Cisco phone system. As a result, the company lacked key features that several other businesses have been benefitting from, and employees were not as productive as they could have been. Since bringing in 3CX, productivity levels have shot up. You can keep reading HERE.
The final VoIP implementation we featured this week was in regard to Alianza and BARC Connects. BARC Connects, a wholly owned broadband subsidiary of BARC Electric Cooperative, is looking to make broadband services available at rates the residents of Bath, Alleghany, Rockbridge, Augusta and Highland counties can afford. The company BARC has selected to provide these VoIP solutions is Alianza. Everything you need to know is HERE.
That’s all for this week. Come back next week to read all the latest news in the VoIP space.
