VoIP Solutions Week in Review: 3CX, BroadSoft, Sentera & More
Welcome back to the week in review, where we take a look at all the top stories making headlines in the VoIP space this week.
3CX made a couple of headlines this week. The company seems to be improving operations left and right by bringing VoIP solutions to several different businesses. First, 3CX promised to improve operations at Bastion Hotel locations. The chain had been suffering the consequences of having an outdated PBX on hand, and was losing money because of it. However, once 3CX stepped in, operations became much more cost-effective. Everything you need to know is HERE.
Likewise, 3CX also lent a helping hand to The Sentera Group this week. The HVAC controls provider is becoming increasingly popular, but was having trouble with its expansion efforts due to outdated telephony. Having multiple locations is a great thing for a company, as long as all of those locations are able to communicate and stay connected. Find out about 3CX’s solution for Sentera HERE.
BroadSoft also had some exciting news this week. The company announced that it is making its Team-One collaboration and personal productivity app available for trials to more than 100 channel partners around the world and the millions of business customers they service. Participating channel partners will come from different parts of the world, with 42 channel partners in North America, 50 in EMEA and 12 in the APAC and CALA markets. Find out more HERE.
Finally, the week rounded out with some helpful insights on how to choose the right VoIP system. TMC’s Steve Anderson discusses some of the benefits of VoIP—such as cost savings—and also highlights different setup options. There are plenty of VoIP systems to choose from, so it’s important to go into the buying experience with as much background knowledge as possible. You can find some helpful tips HERE.
That’s all for this week. Come back next week to read all the latest news in the VoIP space.
