BroadSoft Team-One Trials Attract More Than 100 Global Channel Partners

Team collaboration has always been appreciated by organizations across all industry sectors, but in the analog world the process was time-consuming, inefficient, costly and labor intensive, to name just a few of its drawbacks. However, digital technology has changed all that by making team members of any organization available virtually anywhere and anytime. As part of this trial, BroadSoft is offering more than 100 channel partners the opportunity to provide an alternative to the stand-alone enterprise messaging apps that cause information overload and hinder productivity. Channel partners will come from different parts of the world, with 42 channel partners in North America, 50 in EMEA and 12 in the APAC and CALA markets.

In choosing Team-One, BroadSoft is providing a team collaboration and personal productivity app that integrates unified communications and contact center applications and leverages contextual intelligence delivered in the cloud. It can be scaled to address any market segment with three applications that are enterprise-ready using the BroadSoft Hub across the entire platform so users can access the data and applications they need in one place with UC-One, Team-One and CC-One.

According to BroadSoft, Team-One has achieved a fast rate of adoption since it was launched several months ago. The company attributes this success to the wide range of capabilities of the platform, which includes an integrated and affordable solution that allows service providers to introduce new products to market faster and make it that much easier for channel partners to increase their revenue.

Some of these capabilities include built-in Contextual Intelligence (CI) and bots, telephony and UC integration, task and project management and personal productivity. With these solutions in place, BroadSoft believes it can address the problem of today’s siloed and often expensive business applications that are causing collaboration tool overload, which was one of the primary reasons for the launch of Team-One.
