BroadSoft Awarded Unified Communications Product of the Year
TMC has awarded its 2017 Unified Communications Product of the Year to BroadSoft, a partner of Htek. It is actually a portfolio of a few unified communications platforms, each designed with a specific purpose in mind. For example, one platform is a mostly text based platform that focuses on businesses communicating with businesses directly, while another is more focused on collaboration within businesses, and thus has more features such as screen sharing and group messaging.
According to TMC, the main criteria that BroadSoft fulfilled to earn this reward were the simplicity of use and the quality of information that could be shared through the platforms.
“It gives me great pleasure to honor BroadSoft as a 2017 recipient of TMC’s Unified Communications Product of the Year Award for their innovative product, BroadSoft Business with Hub,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC. “Our judges were very impressed with the ingenuity and excellence displayed by BroadSoft in their groundbreaking work on BroadSoft Business with Hub.”
BroadSoft is another prime example of the potential power of cloud based unified communications services. Platforms such as this provide a means for people to share whatever information that is necessary from anywhere in the world, allowing for greater collaboration than ever before.
Taher Behbehani, chef digital and marketing officer at BroadSoft, is aware of this: “BroadSoft Business with Hub was deliberately built for today’s increasingly mobile, distributed and information overloaded workforce who need one integrated UC workspace.” He went on to express his pride at being recognized by TMC. “We are delighted to be recognized for our contextual intelligence innovation and named as UC product of the year by TMC.”
As the business world grows ever bigger and more spread out, yet at the same time more connected than ever before, the importance of unified communications solutions like this one will continue to be magnified. BroadSoft and other companies of a similar ilk will have to continue to develop and improve upon innovative new solutions to allow businesses to stay in touch both with customers and internally.
