Ribbon Communications (booth 811) will showcase its Microsoft Teams certified Session Border Controllers, which deliver secure, integrated voice services to Teams collaboration environments. Also on display will be Ribbon’s comprehensive enterprise and cloud communications portfolio, which includes JITC-certified solutions, Kandy Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions.

RingByName (booth 2313) will debut its Enterprise Hero Portal, a single pane of glass management platform designed to allow for the management of multiple separate telecom instances and increase operational efficiencies across your enterprise. Sennheiser Communications (booth 707) will launch their latest innovations for business professionals on the go. The three brand-new products will be presented to the public for the first time at Enterprise Connect 2019.

Sharpen Technologies Inc. (booth 1401) will showcase the launch of its Agent Experience Score (AXS). AXS adds an agent empowerment measure to traditional KPI’s, then uses a proprietary algorithm to aggregate scores. This gives managers a more meaningful view into performance, resulting in more effective training, happier agents and a better customer experience.
